Was a bit skeptical about the reduced CO2 claim, but these boots handled rocky, mixed terrain beautifully and my feet stayed completely dry through a surprise rain shower. The grip on wet rock was reassuring, especially on the exposed sections.

Took these on a via ferrata last weekend and they gripped the rocky terrain beautifully, even on wet slabs. The CO2-reduced construction is a nice bonus, but what really sold me was the comfort straight out of the box - no breaking-in period needed.

The waterproofing held up perfectly through a rainy ridge traverse, and the soles gave me solid grip on slick granite slabs. For a boot with a lower CO2 footprint, the support feels just as sturdy as my old pair.
