The Gore-Tex lining kept my feet completely dry crossing a muddy stream on day two, which was a relief. I also appreciated how the ankle support felt stable on rocky descents without being too stiff. These boots handled a week of uneven terrain without any hotspots or blisters.

After three days of rocky trails and stream crossings, my feet still felt fresh each evening – that prolonged comfort really holds up. The support around the ankle is solid without ever feeling stiff, which makes a huge difference on those long descents.

After three days straight on rocky trails my feet still felt fine, and the support around the ankle is exactly what I needed. Only wish the break-in period had been a bit shorter, but the comfort held up way better than my old pair.
