Took these up a rocky scramble and the semi-cramponable sole bit into wet granite way better than my old boots. Stiff enough for the technical sections but my feet weren't wrecked after six hours.

The fit was true to size and my heel stayed locked even on downhill sections. I like that it's semi-cramponable — gives me the option for early-season snow without buying a second boot. These are going to be my go-to for technical trails this year.

These handled a steep, rocky scramble way better than my old boots — the semi-cramponable sole bit into the scree and never slipped once. Ankle support is stiff in a good way, though it took a couple of hikes to break in.
