VETTA SYNTH GTX®

These held up great on a wet scree descent where I usually slip in my old leather boots. The synthetic upper barely scuffed after a full day on limestone, and my toes never felt pinched in the toe box.

Took these straight onto a rocky via ferrata trail right out of the box, and my feet stayed perfectly dry through a muddy creek crossing. The GTX lining is doing exactly what it should, and the synthetic construction feels more supple than I expected for a boot this stiff.

Took these on a rocky ridge hike last weekend and the synthetic upper stayed stiff enough for edging but never rubbed my ankles raw. Grippy on wet limestone too, which I wasn't expecting from a boot this light.
