Wore these for a full day of scrambling up wet limestone and my feet stayed locked in the whole time—the GTX lining kept the drizzle out without turning them into a swamp. Toe box is roomy enough that I didn't lose feeling on the descent.

The grip on dry granite is incredible—I could trust every edge placement during a long day of technical scrambling. The low profile still gives enough ankle freedom while keeping my foot secure.

Wore these on a wet limestone scramble last weekend and the grip on wet rock genuinely surprised me. The GTX lining kept my feet dry through two stream crossings, which I did not expect from a low-cut shoe.
