The ankle support on these is solid, and they held up fine hauling gear across rough ground all afternoon. My feet didn't ache afterward, which is rare for me in new boots. They're clearly built for the heavy-duty work they advertise.

Wore these on a 12-hour patrol shift with a heavy pack and my feet felt supported the whole time. The European craftsmanship is obvious in the stitching and sole material.

Finally a pair of boots that can handle my heavy gear without killing my feet—the sole support is noticeably sturdier than my old ones. I’ve been wearing them for patrols and they hold up perfectly on uneven ground, even after a full day. Very glad I went with these for demanding service.
