My first hike with these boots was a solid 10-mile trek on mixed trails, and the ankle support felt noticeably more stable than my old pair. The grip on loose gravel was confident without feeling stiff, and they stayed comfortable the whole time.

Took these up a rocky ridgeline yesterday and the grip on loose scree was spot-on, plus they felt noticeably lighter than my old boots. The flex is just right for moving fast, but the cuff still holds firm when you need it.

The ankle support is noticeably stiffer than my previous hiking boots, which gave me way more confidence on rocky descents. Traction on loose gravel was surprisingly reliable even when the trail got steep.
