9.81 ONYX MID GTX®

Took these on a wet rocky approach last weekend and the grip never slipped once, even on slick slabs. They're surprisingly light for how much protection you get around the ankle, which made the fast sections feel way less sketchy.

The ankle support really shines on loose scree—I felt locked in without any stiffness. They're light enough to forget you're wearing them, yet the grip carried me confidently over wet rock. Perfect for getting to the crag fast.

These handled a rocky approach trail way better than I expected, the grip on wet stone never slipped once. Ankle support feels solid without making the shoe feel heavy on the climb up.
