9.81 ONYX GTX®

The grip on wet rock is what sold me. I wore these on a scree descent and the sole held firm the whole way down, no slipping. Transitions between climbing and hiking felt quick, which is exactly what I wanted.

These feel noticeably lighter than my usual approach shoes, and the heel-to-toe transition is so smooth that I catch myself moving faster on rocky trails without extra effort. Great support when I’m scrambling in a hurry.

The grip on wet rock is seriously impressive, and the toe feels precise enough for technical approaches. Transitions from trail to scramble felt quick and stable the whole day.
