9.81 ONYX GTX®

These shoes are so responsive that I can change direction on a trail without losing any momentum. The fit is snug but not restrictive, making them feel like a natural extension of my foot.

The grip on these is unreal on wet rock, and the sole feels stiff enough for edging yet still flexes when I'm smearing. Transitions between approach and easy climbing were way faster than with my old pair.

Wore these on a wet limestone scramble and the grip held on slick holds I usually avoid. Transitions from trail to rock feel quick because the sole is stiff enough for edges but still flexes when I run. Genuinely the most agile approach shoe I've owned.
